Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

MCC Instructing

I'm thinking of doing an MCC instructors course with the idea of freelancing part time between long haul trips.

I'd be very grateful for any thoughts/advice about this. My current airline offers no chance of a move into instructing and this seems like a good way to introduce myself to it.
Bizarely I quite miss flying with a 300 hour FO

As far as I am aware there is only one school that is approved to offer the course. PM me for details.

And that school would, of course, be BCFT.

The fact is that there are a number of schools approved to provide the MCCI course, but SC wouldn't be aware of that.
