I was curious if there are any developements on this IMHO really really dumb idea. The reason I ask is that I heard a rumour that Transport Canada ( i.e. Canada's equivalent to the UK CAA ) is also looking at this concept.

I hope for all of us and any future passengers, that this idea never happens. Heaven forbid if anything was to go wrong and they had to actually fly!
