Question FLYING IN LA

Can anyone recommend a cheap place to do a few hours flying in Los Angeles?
I'm looking for fixed-wing (any a/c type)
and R22.
I don't want a course - just a few hours cheap flying whilst I'm there for a holiday.
Thanks

Santa Monica has at least one reasonably cheap flying club. For helicopters try the outfit at Van Nuys which is to the north of the city. Post your message in rumours and News and you will get a lot more info.

Try Rainbow Air at Long Beach Airport - I did some hours building earlier in year (fixed wing). They have good range of fixed wing & R22/R44. They have a website, cant remember address. Email if u want more info.
