Question JAR PPL EXAMS???

Does anyone know if JAR PPL exams are going to start on time, I understand the date of imp. to be 1st of July but no papers have appeared yet at our school.

So far we have been advising anyone who possibly can, to complete at least 1 CAA written before this date to do so, in order to earn the right to continue with them and use the text books already in circulation.

I have a feeling this date will like everything else be put back but am at a loss as how best to advise my students as to what or when to study. Any thoughts?

I can only talk from my position as an R/T examiner, but I have received the CAA JAR papers for use on the R/T written test, to be used from July 1st. The bit on the rumour forum is interesting about the implementation date being pushed back, I only wish we could know for sure what is REALLY going on!
