FAA - BFR/ICC

I hope there is someone out there that can give me some advise.

Since I have a FAA CFII certificate,
some pilot friends have asked me if I can give them a BFR/ICC for their FAA ATPL.
Can I do these on an airplane registered in any country, like a PH-registered airplane, or does it have to be a N-registered airplane?

Hiya, BC!

FAR 61.56 (Flight Review) does not specify that the airplane used in the flight portion of the review has to be of US registry. Go for it!

...and above all,

FLY SAFE!
