AFI course recommendations ?

I am looking to do an AFI course in about a month's time, preferably in or near the Midlands. Any positive or negative recommendations ?

Try John Harris at Trumanair, Nottingham, really nice guy, he is ex Shakletons!

Although it's not in the Midlands I'd thoroughly recommend David Scouller at Old Sarum (01722-322525). He's an ex-RAF QFI, test pilot and senior officer, very thorough and well respected in the industry.
I've done all my instructor ratings (AFI, FI, Aero, Night and Multi) and the CPL GFT training with him.
Wherever you go I would suggest asking the organisation to pair you with another stude so that you have someone to talk things through with.
