Post Salarys and Training

Hi folks,
Wannabee instructor here,

Hope Im not asking for two much here or being cheeky but I would love to know what kind of wage you guys get, are you paid hourly if so how many hours do you get a month, do you guys get a retainer pay?

where did you guys do all your training how long did it take for you to get a job instructing and how much did it all cost?

Are you going onto become airline pilots

Sorry again for asking all that but if you can only answer some of the questions thatll be fine

Cheers

Well, I gat 'paid' £12 per hour airtime with a £10 per day retainer'
This is, I believe, about average but type of arrangement must be illegal under UK employment laws.
Any comment ??
