FI renewals

Any one know the regs nowadays for a renewal of UK FI rating. I heard there were some changes, but I only instructed part time to help out at the local club. Hard to get instructors on the Island. My rating expired March, and I only instructed 70 hrs during it's 2 year vallidity. Is it still the check flight, and seminar?

I think you will find that your rating is valid for 3 years, so you still have 1 more year to get the additional 30 hours instructing.
