JAR FI rules

I've been trying in vain to find out, from the official horse's mouth ( if it's not been put down, or is out racing ) about the exact hour requirements for FI under the JAR scheme. This is for helicopters - but I guess some of you instructors must be heli types, no ?
My understanding is that if you have a CPL(H), then to go on the FI course a minimum of 300 TT is required, to include 100PIC. If you have no CPL(H) then it's still 300TT, but 200PIC.
If a candidate has mixed F/W and R/W time, does that all get lumped in or is it 100 R/W PIC ?
Any info or links to web sites most welcome.

Any Heli School should have a copy of JAR-FCL2. That will tell you. Or www.jaa.nl The 100 hours PIC should be Helicopter PIC. The 300 total can have a proportion of FW time

Thanks for that clarification. I only just found the JAA FCL stuff - check out http://www.jaa.nl/jar/jar.html for a list of all online JAR stuff.
