Where to find FI jobs ???

Hi all

Just passed CPL / ME / IR all first time and on minimum hours im now on the road to getting a job. There only seems 2 sensible roads which Wannabees like me should follow..

1. Ops
2. Instructing (FI Rating)

But its seems to be a mystery to where these available FI jobs exist . Is there maybe a magazine (other than Flight International and Pilot) or a website (other than here) where these get advertised ??? Whats the best method of securing a FI job ??? Do i have to do the FI course at that organisation where the job exists ?

Anyway im from the North West England so if anybody is kind enough to drop any hints they would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance and happy flying.
