FAA to JAA conversion

Checked out lasor's and it looks like 15 hours of flight 30 hours ground min. I already have the JAR CPL multi IR taken care of. Do I have to do it in the UK since my JAA ticket was issued there or can I go to any JAA approved school. Looks like I still have to have the 25 solo's and the other bits to lift the restriction, or will they count my FAA stuff. Anyone with insight, Thanks
