IR syllabus

Sorry folks, boring question, but anyone know where I can get a downloadable version of the JAR IR syllabus - if at all.

Syllabuses are put together by individual flying schools and then approved by the CAA. However, the CAA guidance on the IR gives a pretty good idea of what you have to do:
