Angel Russian Man Powered Ornithopter

I sent this to a Russian friend who is a CSMEL for his translation.

Interesting concept. I have messed with model ornithopters, and there is now an electric powered RC model ornithopter on the market.

The following information is a partial translation of Vladimir Toporov’s web site http://www.umvk.narod.ru/index.html. I apologize for the poor quality of the translation but will make no effort to improve on it due to time considerations. This translation is offered as a free service to the ornithopter community.
