prototype helicopter initial tests........

with reference to the above title I want to know whether there is any specific standards are being followed in initial ground runs and initial flights.
What I mean is when rotorcraft is built after all satisfactory whirl tower,GTV etc, and is ready for ground runs and flights.....what are the tests to be conducted on helicopter as a whole.
I have refered some books by author name...cooke and FTM 107 etc.But the tests in which rotorcraft has to conducted in chrological order not given....or these things are the perogative of OEM's. Generally am looking for initial ground runs and flight testing plan..
