Eurofighter Test Pilot????
News reaches sleepy Farnborough, that a certain now possibly Ex Eurofighter test pilot at Warton, went out with a bit of a show with a fresh off the line production aircraft last week. A good beat up of Lancashire I understand!

He was only doing his job.Apparently some prospective clients were watching hence why he put on "a show" but the office wallahs didn't approve. The T/P concerned is a pleasure to watch when displaying and has gone on record as to state that he has complete faith in the machine.

What happened was, I gather, that he did two unsupervised, unauthorised and unapproved displays quite spontaneously, one over Warton and one over Samlesbury which is closed to air traffic. As a result, his MoD test pilot's licence was suspended and he is now working in another part of the BWoS organisation.
