Fidelity of 737 simulator Stab- trim setting for take off.

Please refer to Tech Log where Centaurus has posed a query on the stick forces needed to rotate a 737 on two engines and on one engine. It is a simulator fidelity question. Rather than pose the question on Flight Test Forum alone (airworthiness aspect), I thought it would generate a wider response on Tech Log. Anyway, Pprune rules understandably discourage posting the same question on two forums.
