Many new designs has automatic trimming on the rudder system ,even for engine faliure at take off ,like 777 has TAC(thrust asymmetry compensation ),Now there's more new tech can compensate the beta taking consideration of engine thrust and speed ,If the manufacturer wanted to get rid of the manual rudder trim in the cockpit.is there any regulation preventing them to do so ?Maybe human factors?

badrace, I wonder if your are mixing up automatic rudder trim with automatic rudder actuation.
Trim is normally associated with control force, whereas actuation – rudder movement, provides a controlling function for the aircraft such as for engine failure compensation (thrust assymentry compensation) or autoland drift removal.

If you've manually corrected the rudder trim while TAC is operating during an engine failure, pressing the button to return rudder to the center will not cancel TAC input.
