Can a Toucan hover?

Sorry to post this again. just that even you test Guys/Gals need an interesting distraction.

I have posted this in Private fly and Rotor heads. and thought you guys and gals would possibly be "wowed" to see this. (OK so over 3 million have already seen the site, but, Hmmm.. I didn’t want anyone to miss out. seems they are getting close to the Hover)
