ETPS certificate = Baccalaureate

For what it is worth... I now live in Canada and my ETPS certificate enabled me to get a work permit for the USA, where I am currently under contract as an adviser to the US Member of one of the ICAO Technical Panels (I was involved with the same panel from 1970 so I am the 'memory bank'!

The deciding factor was the letter from the School Administrator at ETPS confirming the status of ETPS graduation against the baccalaureate requirements under the North American Free Trade Act.

The letter confirms that the ETPS course was accredited in 2001 by both Portsmouth and Southampton Universities.

So do keep that piece of paper, it may come in very useful one day!
