A booklet about Ken Cook

I am an independent author/publisher with very short press run (200-300 copies per title) and I would like to produce a booklet about Ken Cook.
Any contacts/suggestions?
Thank you.

If Im not mistaken Ken spoke the words 'Avro 698 cleared for take off runway 26' . In other words he cleared the first Avro Vulcan into the skies from Woodford in 1952 from the then Runway 26.

Please correct me if I'm wrong on this.
