Question A320 Rudder Trim in CRZ

I have noticed that all the A320/321's that I fly require L0.7 (give or take) units of rudder trim in the cruise - except for the oldest which needs L1.7 ish. (As determined by the autopilot, with equal EPR settings).
Anyone from the test community know why?
