Flight test qualification TB1 / TB2

According to German regulations test pilots can either have a TB1 qualification (full experimental test pilot) or a TB2 qualification (limited experimental test pilot).

Does anybody know a website or another information source where i can find the exact describtion of these two qualifications?

I work at National Test Pilot School, and we have at least two students doing a course leading to one of those qualifications right now.
Send me a private email and I'll see what I can dig up.
