FAA Course in the UK

Heard from a friend of a friend, that some bloke in LHR area may be starting up an FAA dispatch school here in the UK... anyone know any more info on this, who he is, details etc etc ??

great allways wanted a shiney dispatchers liscence how do we contact the course manager.
