It’s my recollection they didn’t have licensed Dispatchers, only something called”Despatchers” with no joint responsibilities.

Hi, may i ask you what u mean they didnt have licensed dispatchers?
i found that license is not a requirement, but rather a benefit. Does it mean this? Or other implications that you can suggest??
