Plotting Multiple Grids on Skyvector

Plotting Multiple Grids on Skyvector
As a Flight Ops Officer, we regularly get the opportunity to draw multiple areas of an airspace activity on Skyvector ,but to take screenshots,we plot these areas individually,erase and re-draw them again.Is it possible to draw them all once only and take a single screenshot.
In short, is there a way to combine the two screenshots attached,either using Skyvector or some other software(I know Jetplan or Lido have one,but that's inaccessible for us!
