Best course of Flight dispatchers in UK

I was wondering if anyone can kindly advise whether there's a flight dispatcher's course in the UK (preferably online or distant learning)?

Not to my knowledge, UKOMA does an Ops course but it's not Dispatcher licence e.g. FAA

Have a look at AVTECH2000.: avtech 2000 Qualifications Distance learning and you get C&G's qualifications out of it.. UKOMA you don't get anything of note.
