Tracking Tail Numbers

I'm keen to follow a few aircraft tails, I want to know where they are at any given time. All with major international carriers 777's 787's etc.

I was going to look at pulling HTML off a few websites and loading the latest sector into my database, I just need
Tail
FlightNumber
DepatureCode
ArrivalCode
DepartureTime
ArrivalTime

FlightAware, FlightRadar all show this information but they're cleaver on how they load it onto their site.

Are there any other websites out there that will have this information

You could try adsbexchange a try.. but it does have some holes in its coverage due to how it gathers its information.
