Poland

I'm a private pilot planning a trip to Poland, as I've done several times before. This time, though, I hear that they've introduced a liability insurance requirement ($2,000,000 up to 2 tonnes).

Anyone have any more details? Presumably it's for landing/transitting their airspace (like the 5,000,000 DM German requirement that's been in force for years) not for if someone hijacks or steals the aircraft and uses it as a missile (my insurers have asked me this question).

Secondly, is this still being enforced? In which document is it mentioned? I can't find any mention of it in Notams.
