Ground Handling organization
Hello everybody, first post here.
I work as a ramp agent at Beauvais Airport in France and am looking for people in the same branch around the world, if possible in airports with mostly Low-Cost airlines.
The big thing is we are facing serious staff issues, reduced personnel, everending changing procedures, etc, wich are leading to serious safety concerns.
I'd like to discuss on how things get organized in other airports handling budget airlines (for an accurate comparison). Things like staff count per turnaround, qualified staff dispatch, each guy's responsabilites, etc.
There's a tremendous amount of questions i'd like to ask and don't want to spam it all here so, if anyone is whiling to tchat about that, would be nice and helpful. (we're pretty much out of resources and ideas...)
Thanks for your time
