ATPL MULTIPLE TYPE RATINGS

Hi, I wonder if someone can help please, is it possible for an ATPL holder flying for an Airline to be type rated and current on more than one commercial aircraft type ( could a pilot working for B.A say be current in a 74 as well as a 77? ) I didn't think it was allowed? ( the payment of beers on Friday are at risk depending on the answer ) many thanks in anticipation

Yes it is allowed. Up to two multi-pilot aircraft types, but only one during the same duty period (day).
