Loadsheet codes
Hello
I have attached a loadsheet upon which I underlined a few codes i did not recognize . I was wondering if some could provide an explanation on these codes.
For your info this is for an airbus A321
The codes are underlined in red
1. BLKD
2. SOC
In the loadmessage section there are several instances of HER and one instance of HEA . These should be completely unrelated to IATA airport codes .
The pantry effect with values 822 / 6.4 does not make any sense . The pantry code I1 is an addition of less than 200 kg . therefore i do not understand what the number 822 is there for , neither the 6.4 (which should be unrelated to the effect on the index )
TRA : Is this for transit cargo ?

HEA is heavy cargo, ie a single piece over 150kg
HER is heavy at ramp, not sure on the specs but I think it's a single piece between 100 and 150kg
TRA is transit weight, total combined hold weight (ie freight, mail, bags, equipment, etc)

750XL thank you for your reply . is there a manual i can get these codes from? my operation manuals do not list these ( pilot manuals ) .
By the way i would also like to find out the following :
assuming in this particular flight there were 10 passengers staying on board along with 6 pieces of their bags in the cargo hold because the flight ends up lets say in Beirut (BEY) and it was transiting via Larnaca . how and where on the loadsheet would these passengers and their bags be specified and in which format?

The passengers would be shown like any normal loadsheet.
Their 6 bags would be shown under the TRA weight (so for example if you use a 20kg average, TRA 72kg)
All the codes will be listed in the load control manual, I'd recommend contacting your airline or load control office/handling agent to get a copy. Each airline varies.
PS - BLKD refers to 'blocked' seats. Although I've never seen it used

As above. If originating station then on our loadsheet (we do manual for majority) there are 3 sections for DEST. So you'd enter the number of PAX per each destination and number of bags and weight and position and annotate this in your LDM accordingly (ours are manually put together by dispatcher).
If you were a transit station, you'd receive the number of transit PAX, number of bags, bag weight and hold position via the LDM from previous station which you'd then enter in the TR(A) section of your loadsheet for that DEST.
