Unions - Do they contribute?

Hi All,

I read an article stating rampers in the UK lifts an average of 9 tonns of luggage/cargo per day. This job as we all know is highly injury prone and genuinely tough.

Makes me wonder, are the unions contributing enough to protect and improve the working conditions for the baggage handlers across the network - what are your thoughts?
