Fatal inadvertent slide deployment
Searching the forums I can see several references to serious injury of ground crew...but no specifics. We have a problem with the 787 where technical faults are one of the main reasons for slides deploying when we already have an airbridge. Any specific references to an actual incident would help the case We are building. Thanks in advance
