EZY 2404 AGP-LTN yesterday Thur 24/3/16............where is the baggage!!!!

Despite the Easy web site telling me my delayed baggage has arrived at LTN this lunchtime - can somebody from Easy operations or management please pressure Menzies to process the pieces and call the pax who are waiting, ringing the third party direct is a waste of time.

The whole aircraft despatched last night from AGP without any baggage- I would love to know why the crew either did not know or why the paying punters were not advised???

Thanks

It's much better to leave everybody blissfully unaware for the 3 hours they're sat on board the aircraft than have to sit through 3 hours of grief and agro from pax.

Publicly posting to EasyJets social media pages will probably yield the best results too, although generally speaking there is no rushing baggage services. It comes when it comes

You think that's bad? I did a round the world back in '04, 30,000 miles over 22 sectors, six airlines, baggage turned up every single time .... except back at home base via Jestar. Woman at check in MEL-LST decided she didn't like me as soon as she saw my face (surprise surprise after that kind of road trip) and sent my luggage via BNE-MEL-HBT-MEL-LST. I kid you not.
Upshot: had both my two young kids with me, theirs was sent blisslfully MEL-LST.
Go figure.
Easy .. one word JETSTAR!
