You just need to use internet search engines to find out what you are asking. I found straight away that Saudi Arabian Airlines do use an agency for just the kind of work you are looking for, but that particular job is closed now. Why not write to all the airlines that you are interested in with a cv and asking if they have any vacancies now or in the near future? You have nothing to lose and will at least find out more that way.
