Software for corporate jet aviation FAR135
Dear all,
good morning . I'm establishing a flight dispatch center and working under FAR 135 regulation.
I'm looking to get a software where match our need to cover running the operation under part 135 . and in the market there are many and several softwares where its really confusing which one is good. i come from a commercial background (FAR 121). and there are many difference between operating 121 and 135 from software point of view for example crew schedule is way different.
what I'm looking for in a software is :
- flight tracking (such a Geneva navtaire days of operation) where i can ramp out and ramp in the flight . and with these information i will be able to generate reports annually for statistics. based on these entries . it have to fill the crew rostering to make sure that crew hasn't exceeded the flying time weekly , monthly and yearly and its matching the 135 regulation. i need a system when i exceed the duty time for the crew it will warn me that its illegal flight.
- flight log entry. need to be able to run and generate auto reports with this feature.
- invoices program. based on the lead passenger it will charge him the amount of block time multiply by the cost of the aircraft flown by hour.
- maintenance (not very experienced with this section. but I'm sure there is something where it will benefit maintenance department of using the software)
- dispatch check list for each trip . so when the next dispatcher on shift will be able to see the pending flight that need to complete the pending task .
- reports. a several reports where you can generate reports that be exported as excel and pdf files for example:
- each passenger how many hours flown per month on all aircraft
- total hours flown each aircraft (block time and flight time)
- number of landing cycles for each aircraft
- destination list flown to monthly
- passenger list who flown each aircraft monthly
-how many time aircraft was in Maintenance
- crew hours monthly
- expire dates for ( aircraft over flight permit /document / crew id / passports) also this should be in the program to give you notification of 30 days prior expire date
- fuel price monthly . and other fuel statistics.
this what i can think of as a major now . I'm sure i left some other important ones.
i have tried couple of software as demo but didn't satisfy our operational need such as LEON & flight track.
I'm a fan of Geneva navitair software but unfortunatly its a software where it used in Commercial airline
