TUI Part Time Base Support Advisor

Hi folks,

A relative of mine from outside the Industry has been selected to attend an Assessment Event with Thomson Airways this weekend for a role as a Base Support Advisor. This job appears to deal with the day to day "pay and rations" type issues involving cabin crew. The role reports to the CSD.

Does anyone have any specific advice that would help ?

My relative is keen to move into the Industry and wants to go there with as much knowledge as he can, so that he can do justice to the interview and demonstrate he has done as much background investigation as he can.

Any relevant constructive advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
