I wouldn't say the company as a whole is struggling, far from it in fact. However, there may be stations within the group who may be finding the going quite tough due to high station costs i.e wages/accommodation,car parking etc...

I know this is a very sad day indeed. Good luck to all involved in the uncertainty over the coming weeks.
One quick question, BRS have been told Servisair but technically will it not be Swissport if Derichbourg get there way with the disposal of the Servisair name?
Either way good luck all. Some employees have been Tuped already from Servisair to Menzies 5 years ago now. So at least they know what to expect again really. But am I right in thinking that under TUPE law you can not transfer back to a previous employer should Derichbourg not get their way?
Finally GOOD LUCK ALL! BRS Have been through it once before, the team are strong enough that they can do it again!

Kind Regards

You can TUPE back to the same company as its still a transfer of buisness. They(Servisair and Menzies) have to follow the rules and regs to the letter as its law. Check the UK gov web sites, ACAS and Worksmart/union web sites.
