Altimeter setting for WAAS approach

I have just read here that WAAS "... allows approaches at smaller airports at night without no local altimeter settings"

is that 100% true? as far as I know once flying an LPV the altimeter should be set at the QNH pressure always, as the DH/DA shall always be read from the baro altimeter.
