Dear Colleagues
Any one can recommend any ideas or ways over the table or under the table to get 6 slots into MEDINA for the HAJJ this year we have been let down by Aircraft operator who claimed to have an FOC but was not the case so now we have a replacement aircraft with FOC but need to make EMERGENCY MEDINA SLOTS Applications any advice or recommendations most welcomed.
Many safe landings

Typically only middle-eastern airlines and south asian carriers have been allowed to operate into and out of Madina.
Unless the operator is based in that part of the world you would find it almost impossible to get a slot. Even with Monarch operating charters from the UK via Larnaca, they have been unable to get that routing. Madina, has been one of the selling points for the Hajj Groups from the UK this year, and a majority of them have choosen the likes of , RJ, TK, EY, MS for this very reason.
further information maybe had at at: Rules and Regulations Governing the Carriage of Pilgrims by Air - Hajj
The above information is purely from a Travel Agents opinion.

My company used to operate into Medinah on G (British) registered Jets for Hajj.
The only way would be through an agent (or through Saudia Airlines). As you can imagine, its very congested at this time of year....
I wish you luck...
