Load control advice

Hi guys,
I am currently working as a dispatcher for a handling company and wish to learn more on the Altea and Amadeus load control systems. All my work mates only seem to know the basics with no manuals or proper training.

Anyone know of any courses or online training????????

That is quite disturbing that your company allows load control from dispatchers who have not received any proper training. that aside have you tried contacting amadeus directly for any user documentation, you should be able to get a contact from their web page.
