Ops jobs in Hong Kong

Any info on the ops scene in hong kong. Will they hire only locals.
Who handles ops for airlines flying into HKG.

As I believe flt ops is mainly done by Cathay and Jardine. The only company is worth to work is only Cathay, Dragon is a bit low in wages. I think they only recruit people have a residences in HKG. Anyway good luck.

Well i just do happen to have a right to live and work in HK.
Any clue where can i apply to Jardine.
