Further education / Recurrent Training for Dispatcher

Hey,

after being a military Acft-Dispatcher, I left the German Forces and made my FAA-License at Sheffield School in Florida in 2011 (Thanks to Eric and the whole stuff for that high quality education).
Now I'm working for a small Charter-Airline in Germany (2x B737-800).

However, there is still some Budget left from the military, which I can use for further qualification/further education or recurrent training.
Has anyone good Ideas for measures or courses?
Maybe even those, which would qualifiy me for other fields of activity in an airline or aviation.
I'm grateful for every tip.
