RAM flights using 737Ng to deeper africa

Hi,

Was flying the other day and got wondering if RAM operates their 737Ngs to deeper africa under ETOPS rules. Are their aircraft ETOPS certified?
I heard them on the IATA in-flight broadcast frequency performing flights from Casablanca to Lusaka and Kinshasa.

Regards,

Hello!

I am a pilot flying in West Africa and besides hearing them on the frequency, I also very frequently fly with them from Africa to Canada. All their NGs are ETOPS certified and they operate to many african capitals with great success.

I noticed that they had ETOPS written on the nose, I was surprised as I didnt think that they flew across the Atlantic, I never thought about ETOPS requirements over Africa. Thanks for the information.

Thanks Jumbo 744.

I tried and tried to get info on their certification, but no success.

Are you with evergreen?

you're welcome!

I am not with Evergreen. I am flying B200s and B1900s for a small charter company in West Africa...
