FAA approved school in Europe ?

Could somebody tell me if there is an FAA approved Dispatcher school in Europe?

No,

the only thing you can do is a self-study course, which is followed by a residency course in the U.S.. The catch is the oral exam, since there is only examiners in the U.S.
