Question EFB structure

Dear forum users,

As you may all know, today airlines are one by one going to Electronic Flight Bags (EFB). If any of you has already successfully established EFB in their company, please advise on how the structure, work process changed.

We now have Flight Operations Library updating, revising all the onboard documentation (hardcopies). As we are going fully electronic, there will be no need for this.

So how do you, EFB established airlines, name the department/division responsible for EFB?

Just want to have an idea how these all will work in the future. Thanks.

Brgds,
