Ramp Op Salaries/Wage
Just throwing this out there. Currently looking at trying to have a pay review negotiated and looking for other Ramp Operatives input to wages/ saleries? Obviously need some comparisons around various sizes of Airports if possible!

Currently sitting on roughly £17,500 per annum (inc weekends, nights and bank holidays) and carry out a vast amount of duties including, baggage, marshalling, headsets, pushbacks, snow clearing, PRMs. de-icing etc.
Unsure if this is the norm across other airports or are there usually dedicated teams for each role? We are also looking at the Supervisors wages too? If anyone doesn't want to disclose this publically they can also private mail me. Thanks

Where I work roles are very specialised, even to the point of push back drivers only doing push backs, but I work at a large intl airport so they can afford to do that. I assume you work at a small regional hence the varied job roles.
I'd say £17k+ a year is pretty good
