Crew management / rostering system .. advice please ?

Gooday to all,

by means of an introduction to this forum, I have been on the other side of the fence as operating crew for a good number of years, but have been asked to review some computer based rostering /crew management systems for my present employer.
Our airline is expanding quite rapidly, and the manual system which has sufficed to date is struggling to cope.

We are operating 4 x 100 seats on 4 routes / 16 sectors, however that load will double over the next 3 months with the introduction of new airframes and crew.

We need something robust, simple and flexible which has the capacity for growth, and has the means to track and plan recurrent training / licence validity periods etc.

Given the brief .. what are the best systems to be looking at ?
With thanks

Over to you ! TR

AIMS
ROCADE
ACROBAT
FLYOPS
LEON

Take your pick. All good systems but will depend on your budget.

Where are you based ??

Post A new boy - PDC

We used to use Acrobat but outgrew its capabilities (and price hike)

We now use a Denmark based company called PDC PDC Crew and are very impressed with their systems. They have a fully integrated package for flightwatch and crewing.

Just for comparison we operate around 700 sectors per month.

Good hunting!

We use an Australian System called 'Air Maestro", meets you requirement and is well priced.
