Question Operations Manual B - Checklist work (EU-OPS)

Hello all

I was wondering how you guys see how checklist work should be conducted.

Version 1: All items are done by heart and then checked with the checklist
Version 2: One item at the time, Read by one, performed by the other
Version 3: same as above but with Closed Loop for all items
Version 4: same as version 2 but with Closed Loop for vital items

I personally think Version 4 is a good mixture between safety and overkill.

Is there any legal requirements regarding the principles you apply for EU-OPS Manuals?

What do you think? Thanks for your insight

Cheers
