Jet2 PSA phone interview

Hey all,

I've recently applied for Jet2 PSA at EGCC and apparently the next step may be a phone interview if my application is successful.

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what to expect if my application is successful?

General questions for that sort of role will be:

What previous customer service have you had
Give examples of where you've had to deal with problems and how you resolved them
How you'd deal with a passenger in a certain state (drunk pax is usually a popular question)
